The ideal candidate for this position will understand the day-to-day expectations of our construction labor projects and follow through to meet our client’s needs based on the project speculations and design.
Responsibilities:
· Perform landscape labor to include but are not limited to: hand digging, grading, moving soils and gravel, machine operations, fence installations, concrete installations, irrigation system installation, reaching over head, bending over, lifting over 50lbs, driving a company vehicle
· Follow assigned work and schedules.
· Must be self-motivated and able to build strong relationships with clients and employees.
· Ensure quality work up to Company standards
· Assist at the shop to include sweeping, organizing, cleaning
· Take good care of our equipment. Ensure proper Oil & Gas Mixture and safe handling
· Perform other various duties as assigned.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
· Operate equipment, drive with trailer or other small equipment.
· Great communications in both verbal and written.
· Valid driver's license required.
· You must be professional and friendly, paying attention to detail, and take pride in your work.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
· Must be able to bend down to ground, squat, kneel and preform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours.
