We are looking to add an experienced, motivated assistant food service director to our team in Poplarville, MS. As an assistant food service director, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.

This position is located in Poplarville, MS

Pay rate: $44,000-$50,000

What you'll be doing:

• Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams. 
• Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service. 
• Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner. 
• Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role. 
• 2+ years of food service experience. 
• Proven track record of financial responsibility. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong customer service skills. 
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred. 
• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree an asset.
