What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead and manage complex   patent litigation cases   from initial assessment through trial and appeal.
  
• Conduct depositions, motion practice, claim construction, and trial preparation.
  
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery responses with precision and strategy.
  
• Collaborate with technical experts, clients, and cross-border legal teams.
  
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to strategic case development.
  
• Provide a verifiable   case list   detailing prior litigation experience and personal contributions.
  

Experience You Will Need:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and   active U.S. attorney license.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in   Electrical Engineering   or   Mechanical Engineering  (Master’s preferred).
  
• 5+ years of patent litigation experience   in the U.S. (district court or ITC).
  
• Ability to demonstrate hands-on experience through a detailed   case list  (including role and work performed).
  
• Strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills.
  

Preferred:

• USPTO Bar License  (highly preferred).
  
• Experience with   Inter Partes Review (IPR)  proceedings.
  
• Prior work with global or cross-border IP litigation teams.
