Lead the future of Walmart Specialty by driving operational excellence and innovative solutions in a dynamic, data-driven environment. As Senior Manager II, Operations and Implementation, you'll shape high-impact programs and empower teams to deliver best-in-class specialty pharmacy services, making a difference for our customers and communities.

Our team is at the forefront of transforming specialty pharmacy operations, leveraging advanced analytics and cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless, efficient, and safe patient care. In this role, you'll be pivotal in optimizing processes, implementing new strategies, and ensuring our operations set the standard for the industry and support Walmart's mission to help people save money and live better.
**What you'll do...**
+ Lead and execute multiple operational projects and programs
+ Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and business plans
+ Drive process improvements using data-driven insights and cross-functional alignment
+ Mentor and develop associates, fostering a culture of belonging and growth
+ Ensure compliance, safety, and asset protection across all initiatives
**What You'll Bring**
+ Expert-level SQL skills and experience extracting data from diverse sources
+ Subject matter expertise in data science and several years of analytical experience
+ Proven leadership in large-scale operations, preferably in pharmacy or specialty pharmacy
+ Strong track record of implementing sustainable process improvements
+ Ability to communicate complex solutions and drive stakeholder buy-in

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $195,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

**Minimum Qualifications...**

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field and 4 years' experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area.
