Seasonal Production Assistant (Jan–Feb 2026)

Minnesota-based • Travel Required

Bollum Ranch Productions is hiring a seasonal Production Assistant to assist during a busy winter sale season. This role is ideal for someone comfortable around cattle and interested in photography/videography and editing.

This position runs January 4 through the end of February , with work most days during that period. Travel is required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable and experienced around cattle and livestock environments
• Based in Minnesota (within 100 miles of Northfield or along the I-94 corridor preferred)
• Available to start January 4 and work most days through late February
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable spending long days on the road

Primary Responsibilities

• Help manage logistics during travel days, shoot days, and sale days
• Drive a provided vehicle
• Assist with computer-based work when possible
• Provide general on-site support during events

Additional Responsibilities

• Act as a second shooter at select events
• Assist during photo and video shoots (in the picture pen)
• Help manage gear, setup, and breakdown

Would Be Great (Not Required)

• Ability to run basic editing software (photo or video)
• Interest in photography and videography
• Ability to edit and post on social media
• Familiarity with drones or interest in learning

Pay

• Daily rate: $150-250 per day , depending on experience
• Paid consistently during active work days
