JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for skilled and friendly Restaurant Servers to join our team!  This position plays a big role in creating and ensuring the satisfaction of all guests.  Your ultimate goal is to provide an exceptional guest experience.

KEY WORK DUTIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

1. Provide excellent customer service
2. Greet customers and present menus
3. Take and serve food / drink orders
4. Up-sell when appropriate
5. Arrange table settings prior to service
6. Always keep tables clean and tidy
7. Deliver checks and collect payments
8. Serve as the liaison between the guest and the kitchen
9. Adhere to all health department rules and regulations and all customer service guidelines

SKILLS AND PROFICIENCIES:

1. Teamwork

3. Verbal and written communication in English
4. Ability to multitask
5. Problem solving
6. Flexibility

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:  None required

Age:  Must be 15 years of age or older

Experience: Previous experience is preferred but not required    

General:  Satisfactory completion of introductory period per company policy                    

Travel:     This position does not require any travel.
