Job Title: Legal Operation Analyst - Content Moderation without Sensitive Content
Location: Santos, Lisbon (On-Site)
Start Dates: October 13, 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 18.00. Weekends fixed off!
Experience: With or without previous contact center experience
Relocation: provided, both for candidates moving from a different area in Portugal AND from abroad
Cross Border Talents is seeking a German Speakers (proficiency C1 and higher, spoken and written) for our client, an American multinational IT consulting and outsourcing company: join their team as a Legal Operation Analyst (a Content Review role) in Santos, Lisbon (a centrally located area with great transport connection). This is an on-site role, offering structured work hours from Monday to Friday. No prior experience in a contact center is required, making this an excellent opportunity for both entry-level candidates and those with experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming legal requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client policies and guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality standards and adherence to agreed turnaround times.
- Back-office role with no direct customer interaction.
Requirements :
- German language proficiency (spoken and written) on C1 level and higher
- English proficiency at B2 level and higher (spoken and written)
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- No previous content moderation experience required (up to 12 months is considered a plus).
