Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Aim Higher ABA provides in home and daycare based ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We offer expert assessment and child-centered compassionate care, all scheduled at the family's convenience.
The RBT position will involve providing ABA therapy for families with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) .
Registered Behavior Technician(RBT) Duties:
RBTs provide direct 1 on 1 therapy in the home or in community schools.
Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis
Data collection and session note submission
Maintain respect for clients and protect the wellbeing of clients during treatment sessions
Other tasks as assigned
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Benefits For Full Time Employees:
Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Treatment Programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) .
