The Role

As a barista at Race Street Coffee you'll be engaging with our local neighbors, helping customers understand the menu, preparing food and drink and maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe. It can be simple, it can be complex, it's guaranteed to be hard, rewarding work.

What you want to know - Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $17–$20/hour (with tips). Base pay $10–$12/hour.
• Hours: 15–25 hours/week.
• Availability: Full Saturday availability is required.
• We are Closed Sundays / Mon-Fri 5:30a to 5:30p and Sat 6:30a to 5:30p
• Requirement: You Care About People and Doing Good Work, Food Handlers Certification.
