Job Description

A parts driver is responsible for delivering auto parts or accessories to auto shops or customers directly. The driver must ensure that the products are delivered in a timely manner and that they are of the highest quality. Responsibilities:

• Deliver parts and accessories to customers and auto shops within a specified time-frame.
• Ensure that the delivered products match the orders.
• Collect payments from customers, where applicable.
• Maintain an accurate delivery log for all assigned deliveries.
• Obtain necessary signatures and receipts for deliveries made.
• Maintain the cleanliness and road-worthiness of the delivery vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and auto shops.
• Follow all traffic rules and regulations to ensure that road accidents are avoided.
• Report any incidents or accidents to the appropriate authorities or supervisor.
• Handle inventory in the warehouse and ensure that it is properly labeled and stocked.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and routes to various locations, including the North shore, South Shore and the West Bank.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and work in different weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be prompt, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
