Loan application and administration including support of and for loan applicants.
Grants application and administration including support of and for grant applicants.
Support office accounting, board support and other administrative functions.
Receive visitors and answer telephone calls responding to inquiries related to grant/loans or directing callers to the appropriate staff person where technical knowledge is available.
Maintain adequate supplies in the office, fill printers with paper and ink and needed, provide guidance to The Hangar guests on the use of the space and equipment.
Daily rental property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, lease administration, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction."
Perform official notary services as required.
Manages the electronic files and directories, keeping contact information current and purging obsolete files to maintain up - to - date records.
Processes mail daily, including distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
Perform any other duties as required or requested by supervisor.
