Job Title: LVN / LPN
Location: Greenville, SC 29615, USA
Contract Duration: 1 Month (Interim role with strong possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time position)
Pay Rate:
Local Pay: $1,575 per week
Shift: Day Shift (Monday – Thursday)
Hours: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Lunch: 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LVN/LPN to support both front-office and back-office clinical operations within a patient-centered primary care environment. This role focuses on preventive care, health education, and population health management, contributing to improved health outcomes and meaningful behavior change for patients.
Provide patient-centered care, including measuring and documenting vital signs, rooming patients, and preparing patients for examinations and procedures.
Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures; document visit notes accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
Administer medications, vaccines, flu shots, and perform biometric screenings in accordance with established protocols.
Respond to patient phone calls and provide education related to treatments, care plans, and preventive health services.
Perform blood draws and provide additional clinical support as needed.
Maintain medical supply inventory and ensure exam rooms are properly stocked and prepared.
Support clerical and administrative functions as required to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Required Skills
Experience administering flu shots
Experience conducting biometric screenings
Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Experience
Less than 2 years of LVN/LPN experience

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
