**Main Duties:**
- Start and finish tasks to help care for different types of patients.
- Give care based on each patient’s needs. Use your judgment to decide the best way to do procedures and treatments, and make sure to notice, report, and record important patient information accurately. -
Watch for and respond to what the patient needs, including medications, help with equipment, and teaching patients and their families.
- Prepare and give medications (like pills, creams, or injections) and do treatments according to set rules and procedures.
- Recognize when a patient needs urgent help, get support from a registered nurse (RN) or doctor (MD/DO), and follow directions to start emergency actions.
- Assist with special tests and procedures. This includes getting the patient ready, helping during the exam, handling special tools, and keeping an eye on the patient’s condition before, during, and after the procedure.
- Help new staff and others learn the rules and skills needed for the unit.
- Promote a healthy work environment that helps patients receive better care and makes staff happy.
**Work Hours:**
- Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday for 8.5 hours, between 6:45 AM and 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
- No on-call work, weekends, or holidays!
**Minimum Requirements:**

**Degree:** Certificate -
**Education:** Must graduate from an accredited nursing program approved by the state. -
**Certification:** Must have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate from AHA or ARC. -
**Experience:** At least one year of experience working as a practical or vocational nurse after graduation, and at least one year of full-time clinical experience in the last two years as an LPN/LVN. -
**Licensure:** Must have a current and valid license as a practical or vocational nurse. -
**Security:** Must be able to pass a government background check.
