Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed cost analysis for manufacturing operations identifying variances and cost drivers.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts for production overhead and capital expenditures.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports performance dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
• Analyze product profitability inventory valuation and production variances to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate capital investment projects including ROI and payback period analysis for new equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve financial processes and efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis to support business initiatives and strategic planning.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and budgeting.
• Demonstrated experience with cost accounting variance analysis and inventory valuation in a manufacturing environment.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills including advanced functions pivot tables and data visualization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze complex operational and financial data to drive business insights and support decision-making.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and variance analysis
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
• Understanding of supply chain finance concepts
