 Starting Pay Rates:

C-Shift: $21.81/hour

 Available Shifts:

C-Shift: 3:30 PM – Midnight (Days Off: Sunday & Monday)

Responsibilities:

• • Operate Extrusion machines safely and efficiently, meeting production standards for waste, quality, and utilization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues by adjusting components and settings.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve production processes.
  • Conduct quality checks and enter results.
  • Run the production equipment in accordance with Standard Line Conditions.
  • Use the production line performance reporting tools in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Support and mentor less experienced team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Complete end-of-shift reports accurately, including crew time, machine time, and production output.
  • Inspect products for defects and make necessary machine adjustments to maintain quality.
  • Follow all safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

• One Year Manufacturing Experience
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
