Proctology Institute is a boutique surgical practice helping patients throughout California. The Proctology Institute is looking for an exceptionally intelligent A+++ player who is independent and highly motivated to serve as an executive assistant to the President. This position entails being in direct contact with the President on a daily basis regarding various projects including expansion, scheduling meetings, keeping track of deadlines, data analysis, staff management, overseeing day-to-day operations, identify and evaluate business opportunities, etc.
In order to succeed in the position, all applicants must demonstrate problem solving skills, the ability to work independently and efficiently with impeccable judgment, as well as being able to work under pressure and adapt to new situations. This position requires a strong sense of initiative, creativity, and the ability to work independently. Must be a self starter and forward thinker in order to work towards constant improvement. Also, our executive assistant must be able to accept constructive criticism and want to improve every single day! Needs to be computer savvy as we create lots of spreadsheets and utilize many computer programs throughout the office. Coding knowledge is a plus, but not necessary. You will serve as the President's right-hand man/woman and will work together on almost everything, so excellent communication skills are a must!
Experience:
- Education Level of Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as calendar management, file organization, meeting scheduling and transcribing
- Familiarity with office management tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 360, etc.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
