We’re looking for an Entry Level Project Coordinator to assist with planning, organization, and coordination of company projects. This role involves supporting management, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
This position is fully on-site — applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC.
Support project planning, scheduling, and task management across multiple departments.
Track project milestones and assist with documentation and reporting.
Coordinate communication between team members, vendors, and clients.
Prepare and maintain project files, meeting notes, and progress updates.
Assist in identifying and resolving potential project issues or delays.
Provide administrative support to project managers and leadership teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Professional demeanor and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
Must reside locally and be available to work on-site in Charlotte, NC .
Competitive starting salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually , based on experience.
