Job Description

Our client, a subscription-based service company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. This rapidly growing company serves over 100,000 customers nationwide and prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences. The customer service team works remotely and maintains high satisfaction scores through friendly, knowledgeable support.

The Customer Service Representative will resolve billing questions, troubleshoot account issues, process orders, and provide product information. Training is provided through a comprehensive 3-week program covering systems, processes, and soft skills. Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, account management, and product features
  • Process orders, cancellations, and account modifications accurately in CRM system
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices for using the service
  • Meet individual performance metrics for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions with detailed notes in support system
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience in call center or retail environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when handling difficult situations
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
