Duties: Provide a wide range of Licensed Cosmetologist services which may include, but not limited to: Haircuts, color, perms, treatments, nail services. All aspects covered under Cosmetology. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations. Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community. Deliver outstanding hospitality to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests. Experience: Proven experience as a Licensed Cosmetologist Strong skills in guest services with an emphasis on building rapport with clients. Familiarity with senior living environment, clients who have Alzheimer’s, dementia and/or special needs desirable. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
