**Duration: 12 months contract** **Hybrid Role** **Job Description:** + We are seeking a hands-on CMS Platform Publishing / Web & Digital Content Operations Manager to support and operate a large internal marketing platform used by thousands of global stakeholders. This role is a hybrid of CMS publishing, web operations, agency coordination, and technical workstream management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable working across content, design, engineering, and analytics in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** + Manage day-to-day operations of a large internal CMS platform with 300+ pages + Perform hands-on content publishing, updates, and homepage refreshes + Manage page templates, metadata, image optimization, versioning, and publishing workflows + Track, prioritize, and manage bugs and feature requests + Coordinate delivery with external development and design agencies + Test and validate bug fixes, enhancements, and new feature releases + Partner with analytics to ensure tags are firing correctly and data is accurate + Support stakeholders across marketing, brand, comms, PR, and events teams + Manage content lifecycle, including archiving and knowledge management + Ensure platform stability, performance, and usability + Balance urgent publishing requests with long-term platform optimization **Must-Have Skills:** + 7+ years of experience in CMS operations, web production, digital content operations, or web program management + Hands-on experience working directly inside a CMS + Strong experience with: + Page templates + Metadata + Image optimization + Versioning + Publishing workflows + Proven ability to manage: + Bug tracking + Feature launches + QA and release validation + Experience working with engineering and design teams + Strong organizational skills with the ability to context-switch and reprioritize quickly + Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision **Desired:** + Experience working in Big Tech or enterprise-scale digital platforms + Background in advertising agencies, news publishing, or large content platforms + Knowledge management or content governance experience + Familiarity with web analytics and tag management + Experience supporting AI-ready content systems and structured content environments + Experience working in matrixed global organizations **Education:** + Bachelor's degree. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
