Position: Business Execution Administrator
Location: West Des Moines, IA (3 Days onsite and 2 days remote, Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible extension or conversion to full time)

Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, the candidate will support business execution by proactively providing feedback and presenting ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with a business execution impact. The role involves performing complex administrative support tasks, providing support on escalated questions, and interacting with client personnel on a wide range of information.

Responsibilities:

  • Support business execution and suggest improvements for processes and tools.
  • Perform complex administrative support tasks.
  • Provide support on escalated questions and issues.
  • Interact with client personnel to share and gather information.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Experience with Home Mortgage and Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP).
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including VLookups and Pivot Tables.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, organising, and coordinating initiatives.
  • Effective relationship-building and management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Additional Skills:
  • Understanding of mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions within Home Lending.
  • Experience with data structure, format, mapping, translation, and conversion.
  • Sense of urgency and accountability for results.
  • Proven ability to assess risk controls, processes, and procedures for improvement opportunities.

Pay Range: $25 - $30

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
