Rio Ranch, our rustic, Texas-inspired restaurant located inside the Hilton Houston Westchase, is looking for a talented and outgoing PM Bartender to join our dinner service team!
We’re looking for someone who can craft great drinks, deliver excellent service, and create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. If you bring both skill behind the bar and a passion for hospitality, you’ll fit right in with our team.
Description of the position is below:
Job Title: Bartender
Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Takes orders from customers or Bar Waiter/Waitress.
Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
Serves wine and draught or bottled beer.
Collects money for drinks served.
Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
Prepares appetizers such as pickles, cheese, and cold meats.
Replenishes bar snacks such as chips, pretzels, and nuts.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current TABC (TX) is required. Current Food Handler’s certificate or ServSafe certification is required.
