Position Overview
We are searching for a detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to assist in planning, organizing, and executing various company projects. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy teamwork, problem-solving, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.
Job : Full time
Salary Range: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating project tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
Support communication between team members, clients, and vendors.
Help track project progress and update internal reports.
Organize project documents and maintain accurate records.
Schedule meetings and prepare materials for project updates.
Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed according to plan.
Provide general administrative support to project managers.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and time management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
