They oversee administrative functions that support patient care by facilitating team meetings and decisions, tracking action items against compliance timelines and financial commitments, managing utilization and productivity to meet targets, ensuring data collection and interpretation with timely action, supervising workplace and patient safety activities as well as labor relations and quality/risk management, and maintaining survey readiness through mock rounds, mitigation plans, and prompt delivery of audit materials. They manage care delivery operations in a 24/7 environment by supporting complex work streams, coordinating daily clinical activities and patient flow, supervising multidisciplinary teams and holding them accountable, coaching toward objectives, and ensuring cost, quality, clinical, and utilization standards are met. They advance operational and technology improvements by executing cross-functional projects aimed at quality, service, affordability, and efficiency; addressing escalations to resolve system performance and safety issues; monitoring plans that integrate services across the continuum; and tracking performance metrics. They ensure safe, standardized care by continuously improving clinical practices and operations; maintaining compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements (including the Nursing Practice Act, The Joint Commission, and federal, state, and local regulations); and contributing to the design and implementation of systems and methods that evaluate and elevate patient care. Additional responsibilities include supporting investigations into patient and family concerns, collaborating with physicians and external providers, supervising the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications, fostering a safe environment for patients and staff, maintaining clinical expertise and required credentials, providing clinical supervision, delegating within scope of practice, and performing clinical duties as needed. If you are energized by leading teams to deliver exceptional, reliable care while advancing best practices and operational excellence in a 24/7 setting, this opportunity offers the platform to make a meaningful impact. Join a mission-driven team that values collaboration, safety, and professional development, and help shape a consistent, high-quality patient experience across multiple care environments.
