POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking to an AI engineer to join a multidisciplinary team helping to shape our AI strategy and showcasing the potential for AI through early-stage solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of emerging trends and technologies and make a real-world difference.

YOU WILL

• Work with cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing key areas of a partner's business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit
• Design and build AI prototypes through hands-on experimentation, testing, and collaboration with product
• Work closely with scientists and other engineers to rapidly prototype and deploy new algorithms
• Continuously explore and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges, in order to advance what's possible in large-scale information processing

ABOUT YOU

• Two or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field
• Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP
• Experience deploying and monitoring ML models in production environments
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and optimizing model performance
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations
• Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and defining solutions to open-ended problems

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$140,000.00-$160,000.00 annually. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location. In combination with base salary, Cordial's compensation package includes equity and bonus, a robust benefit plan (medical/dental/vision/life), 401k match, flexible time off. Additionally, we offer perks such as childcare and continued education yearly reimbursements.
